Its good your looking out for your brother. If its on the computer go to "Tools" then "Internet options" then click on "Content" there will be something called "Content Advisor" click on "Settings" Then pick what you want to block. Make sure you Enable it after. Save the computer, lol. If its magazines and stuff there might not be much you can do, but do keep in mind his age. Is he is younger, tell the people to put the stuff he should be looking at up out of sight. I'm assuming your speaking of Porn?. And there will be alot of things in life you cant prevent him from seeing. Also if its on TV you can block channels like that.

The only thing to do is to put the stuff you don't want him looking at away to where he can't find it.. if it is in your room close the door.. if this don't help. tell your parents to keep him out of your stuff. you don't say what he is looking at that you don't think he should be looking at so you leave your self open for a wide variety of answers.
