The photo idea is a good one, also you could buy him some music. I know some people like to listen to music when they jog. Not all gifts need to be bought, make something for him. It will show him you care too, because anyone can go out a buy a gift its fairly simple, takes more work to make something. If he is rich the suggestion give him money wont work =). Good Luck

I think you should go and ask him what he wants.
If not, get him an ivy plant or a new jogging suit, or swet pants.
If you give up hope you can always just get him a card.
If you don"t want to spend money at all, just do something nice and from the heart.

First of all this is not a joke!!!! If your Dad has a good sense of humor. You can get him a bag of manure. Chicken kind is the best. If he does not have a sense of humor, a good set of clippers are great. Regarding the first choice, Leave it outside and not under the tree. Just a card inside the house would be great.

make a photo album or scrap book of pictures of the two of you from the time you were little. a sentimental gift has a lot more meaning behind a store gift... plus it's cheaper for you, completely genuine, and of course, one of a kind!

How about a nice photo of the two of you framed. If you don't have anything recent, look through your baby pictures, find one of you two together that you like, or even one of you alone, and frame it. He will love it, and cherish it forever.
