who are those that need help? those who know their problems.. or those who dunno they have problems,,,,,?

the ones that don't recognize it are far more in need...as they will continue to effect everyone around them, and even themselves in a usually negative fashion...and they usually refuse to get help and won't get help...until it is too late...at least a person who is aware of it,...will try to do something about it to change it imo

One can help person who knows their problem....But its very difficult analyse what problems they have....
