If you are talking about prior to Jesus' birth, there is no first. God always was, always is and always is to come - since He is not limited by time/space, being infinite, there was no beginning, therefore, there was no first miracle. But, if you are asking what is the first miracle Jesus performed when He was here, He turned water into wine at a wedding.

buttercup gave a very good answer and should be voted as best answer, it was a miracle that god spoke and the world came to be ,it was a new testement miracle with the water turning to wine , and the biggest miracle of all was when god let his son die in our place for our sins ,and then jesus raising from the dead amen

If God is omnipotent, it follows on that all actions are equally easy to him, and if everything is within his competence, then nothing he attempts can be a miracle. It's everyday stuff to a being in that position!
