Merely eating fruit would deprive your body of vital nutrients and propbaly give you a very bad upset stomach. It really is NOT a good idea. Eat a balanced diet (ALL food groups!) and exercise. It may be boring but its the only way to get it off and keep it off...;

It's a restrictive diet so you'll lose weight nothing extravagant like 40lbs but maybe like 5-10 .... weight you'll most likely regain once you return to eating normal food. Also the thing about a fruitarian diet is that you're going to end up craving sugar like crazy... fruit has a lot natural sugar and it makes you crave more sugar.
If you are really looking to lose weight do a fat flush which is cleansing you system for a week and then go a diet eating all the foods you still eat but making healthier and smaller choices and evxcercising 4-5 times a week. It's the only way to permenantly keep weight off

1 million tonnes and if you believe that you'll believe the diet also!

In fair comment about 10 lbs and then about a week later you'll put it back on again!

Starvation diets are short lived, you need a change of lifestyle to really lose weight and keep it off!

You will lose a hell of a lot of weight, but you'll also be missing out on all the other important nutrients necessary for your body to function properly! you'll lose lean muscle because you're not taking in any protein! Please see my answer to your last question about the Adios tablet! DONT LOOK FOR THE QUICK FIX!! It's dangerous and you'll only put the weight back on when you go back to your old ways again!

It depends on how many calories you eat.

Fruit can be very high in calories if you pick large pieces or decide to make smoothies. Veggies are low in calories unless you add butter or salad dressing.

You could lose 5 pounds or you could stay the same.
