im already young & goodlooking btw,so thats not the problem.

First of all, DO NOT talk to this chick thinking she's like your old girlfriend. There is nothing worse than being compared to a former flame. Walking up to her and talking is not being pushy. That's called confidence. Just don't mention anything about your old girlfriend. You should be fine!

well all ya gotta do is act yourself. first just start talking to her. find out something about her. dont ask her out on the spot, she would be over welemed, and most likely say no since she dosent know your name or anything about you. while talking to her, listen to what shes saying and respond thoughtfully. if talking to her she starts to blush, then say something like "wanna go to the movies or something like that?" and since shes blushing she will probably say yes unless shes taken already.
