Every now and then my mouth gets a sore that is really annoying for a few days until it heals. I've been using listerine, and trying to brush my teeth as much as I can, to keep bacteria out but it really hurts sometimes. Is it a nutrient that I lack?

My daughter would get fever blisters and cold sores regularly. A product called Newtons Homeopathic #39 Cold Sores was recommended. This got rid of the cold sores quickly. Now she takes the drops as soon as she feels a tingle. If they do break out they are much milder now.

If the blisters always occur along with fever, you probably have recurrent herpes. No amount of cleaning your mouth is going to help. It will only lead to pain and discomfort.
Consult a dentist who will decide if it is necessary for you to take antiviral medication or not. In addition, drink plenty of water, eat plenty of vegetables, drink lots of coconut water, and other fruit juices. Take good amount of rest. Avoid drinking or smoking. And most importantly, avoid stress.
Good Luck and God bless.

Use hydrogen peroxide for a mouth wash and to brush with. It helps heal any mouth problems very quickly and kills the pain in seconds.
