Can eating ice instead of eating food help with weightlose?

Will it speed up my metabolism?

No, it will decrease your metabolism because it is the same as drinking water. While drinking water can boost your metabolism, however, without food, it will actually decrease it.

Eating or chewing ice destroys the teeth and instead you concerntrate on drinking water and eating a lot of fruits.it helps with weightlose.

noooooooooooooo way this can atcually make you technically fatter sort of like the affect of gum

you are chewing on something but once the ice gets to your stomach it is water and not a substitute for food.. but since you chewed on it your stomache responded by creating acids to break down your food.. there was no food so these acids require something to digest and you become hungry.. also the acids can harm your stomache if they have nothing to digest

just eat normal portians and watch what you put in your mouth :)

what ice does is keep your mouth busy and it will increase your meatbolism slightly but ice is just water and water is healthy but not as the only thing you're putting in your body.... it is basically a form of appetite supression but in order to lose weight you need to eat more frequent small meals that total less calories than you burn doing physical activities. Also food like celery have negative calories bcus your body uses more energy to break them down. depending on who you are and what age group you fall in you will need to maintain lets say on average 1000-1500 calories and it takes about 3500 calories to be burned for a pound of fat to be lost.

that would be encredibly bad for you...how do i know? because thats how i started becoming annorexic...yup, i have been struggling with this disease for two years...infact i had recovered somewhat (you never fully recover) but had a major relapse about a month in a half ago and nearly died.
if you worry about your weight, one of two things will happen...you will end up gaining weight...or you will develope an eating disorder which happened to me.
so dont dwell on weight...it only makes things worse nad makes life more difficult than it already is.

YES YOU WILL LOSE WEIGHT BUT IF U DONT EAT FOODS TOO UR METABOLISM WILL SLOW DOWN B/C THERES NO FOOD IN YOUR SYSTEM BUT BEFORE YOU GO ON A DIET U PROBABLY WANT TO CLEAN OUT YOUR KIDNEYS AND TAKE A LAXITIVE TO CLEAN OUT UR BOWELLS THEN EAT ICE AND U WONT HAVE TO SH!T BUT U'LL GO PEE ALOT. THERE ARE SOME PILLS THAT ARE LIKE CONDENSED CRANNBERRY IF YOU TAKE THEM THEY CLEAN OUT UR KIDNEYS AND YOUR PEE WILL BE BRIGHT ORANGE SO THATS NORMAL AND IT WILL LAST A FEW DAYS SO DONT GET SCARED. WELL HOPE I HELPED!

Then I would say to webballs, eat frozen food right out of the freezer. At the very least you would burn up calories just heating it up to body temperature.
