first advice...never ever squeeze out blackheads!!!...well, you can squeeze them out if they look ready to pop out..other wise dont force them out..this could bruise and break the skin, making your face red and blotchy for days or even cause infection. You can try some exfoliants or use creams containing AHAs (Alpha Hydroxy Fruit acids) like glyco-creams. This clears the dead skin and exposes black heads. For a natural therapy, try steaming. This makes the skin and pores softer and easier to squeeze blackheads. Dont forget to use a toner like rose water after squeezing. And apply cream or moisturizer.
Try to follow these steps for the removal of black heads:
1. Clean your face with a good cleanser meant for ouily or combination skin.
2. Apply astringent like rose water which helps to reduce oiliness of the skin.
3. And finally, apply a good quality medicated cream containing resorcinol, salicylic acid or benzoyl peroxide, it helps soaking the oil and peeling away the blackheads.

i use sea breeze, you can get it almost any where, it has like 3 or four different types like for dry skin, oily skin, sensitive skin, and normal skin, so u can choose wich one but its only like 5$ and its a pretty big bottle an all you have to do it put some on a cotton ball and wipe it around your face, you will feel a slight cool icy burn but it feels good like u can feel the cleansing of it and you use as many cotton balls until the cotton ball is clean after u wipe it on your face. but if you wear make up it helps get it off and you should not wear makeup while you dont have any cleaner b/c that could make it worse. dont get it into your eyes either b/c this will hurt bad, it is the best solution i have ever used before and i use it everyday and my skin looks almost perfect. well hop i helped good luck!

before going to bed, rub lemon juice over the blackheads. Don't wash off until morning.
Repeat this procedure several times a week and you'll see a big improvement in the skin.
It's natural, inexpensive and it works.

microdermabrasion... you can go to a dermatologist or you can buy an OTC brand like the ones they sell in the beauty aisles at CVS... it's like a face wash with a scrubbing brush and an astringent. It worked for me when i started getting them I used to have a perfect complexion i went to CVS and bought a neutrogena one and i dont have them anymore it also decreased the size of my pores

Use mandelic acid. It is a great exfoliater, anti-bacterial and anti-fungal. Its the best method I have used and is recommended in the facemaster course: http://www.facemaster.net/TheFaceMasterCourse.html ...I used this to cure my acne.
