Any ideas?

I have those days, too! Here are some things I like to eat while working:

Dry cereal like Quaker oat squares (I bring in a Tupperware container)
Grapes
Jif To Go peanut butter containers with apple slices
Yogurt
Power bars or any energy bars
Trail mix
Pretzels
Applesauce cups

All of these are fairly healthy (some more than others) and should keep you going!

To keep you going you need healthy fat, carbohydrates and protein. One of the best things are nuts. You can also try protein bars that you can get anywhere now or even something like a Snickers candy bar can actually help. If you're skipping lunch altogether then it's not going to keep showing up on your waistline unless you eat several of them.
Peanut butter crackers are also good. There's always things you can bring from home like carrots, celery or fruit that are easy to eat but if you don't have time to fix yourself a snack like that then you can try my alternatives. If you have access to a refridgerator then you can always bring yogurt or individual containers of cottage cheese. Depending on your caloric needs, you can take several different things and munch on them off and on.
I know you said no tips on how to eat healthy but you can't just keep eating high fat/low protein foods or you'll really mess up your body. Snickers doesn't sound like a health food but it is the best high protein regular candy bar that I've found and protein will keep you going so you can't say it's just junk (my argument anyway when I want one haha).

Apart from fruits and vegetables you could try nuts. They're very nutritious (have many vitamins) and they can keep you full until you go home for dinner. That's what I do.

Grapes are one of my favorites. I find that they are delicious, healthy, convenient, not messy, and it's one of those fruits that can fill you up a bit.
