hi i am 18 yrs old boy and have a very thin body personality. and i want to have a good body with great muscles.plz suggest me whether can i start going to gym at this age since i am so thin , or should i wait for another year?

Any age is a good age to incorporate excercise into your life. If you are so thin it is most likely something that you will always be. There are ways to bulk up ( I mean you'll never be a silvester stallone) but adding Whey or fitness shakes which can be found in healthfood stores and places like GNC or Vitamin village offer you supplements for body building. You can even research online a body- building routine ... you're going to need to change your diet to mainly proteins and you might get stuck drinking 18 eggs for breakfast but with a new diet and body-building techniques you'll bulk up a little... Caution try to stay away from steriods and do know that this kind of regiment can stunt your growth since you are still most likely developing

Eighteen is a good age to start working out. Your young adult years are good ones for growth. You need to take care of your body. What you eat is very important. Eat good, balanced meals, five smaller ones instead of three large ones. Work out at the gym five or six days a week, a different muscle group as your focus every day after doing cardio, warmup before and longer after. Better thin than fat - might want doctor to check you for metabolic problems like diabetes. I just found out and I"m 31.

Its never too early to go to the gym. You may not get the results you are looking for because sometimes genetics plays a greater roll in muscle then working out. Going to the gym is always a good thing even if you don't get the results you want. Good luck

Stop wasting time.Go to gym and build more muscles.I go swimming and playing squash everyday although I am 12.Go and do it before it is too late

try going to a gym and drink multivitamins to help you and it will help you to gain weight or take an appetizer..goodluck!
