say no. tell her sorry. then tell her you have a right to say no if you want to. Make sure she understands that you are not being mean to her you are just giving your opinion just be careful the way you say it ok and when you say it

Just say but explain politely, why after all she is your Girl Friend.

it depends on what she wants from you and why you want to say no. In some matters it's ok if you just say no- as in "no, i wouldn't like to spend christmas or new year's eve with your parents/ friends, i prefer to be with you only", in other cases it's better to say it differently, as in "I'm not sure if we should make love/ get married right now, maybe we should wait some more, you know..."
make sure you want to say no really...

don't tell her directly,tell her indirectly by ignoring her always hurt her some day automatically she realise that u r not interesting to talk and u r not liking her
