How to lose 10 pounds quickly
You know Christmas is around the corner. Christmas is the season of parties, celebrations, enjoyment and buying new stuff like clothes, gifts and what ever you like. Why not set a goal for yourself to lose 10 pounds in the next few days and it will help you find a better dress for you as you will feel more confident and more comfortable after losing some weight.
Christmas weight lossIt is a great feeling even after losing very small amount of weight as that motivates us to lose more weight. The very first thing you can do is that calories consumed must be less than the calories burnt. Keep the record of each and every thing what ever you eat. Check out the amount of calories in a food before ordering that. So you have to be very careful about the amount of calories you consume.
Try to cook your food by yourself and avoid deep fried food. Limit your calories intake to 1000 to 1200 per day. Remove all sugar and starch from your diet.
So here are some quick tips to lose 10 pounds quickly
* Drink lot of water
* Eat a healthy breakfast
* Do not eat any thing in between the meals
* Exercise everyday for 30 minutes at least
So go ahead with this and gives yourself a Christmas gift by losing more pounds and look sexier, healthy and more confident.

You do not say how tall you are right now, but here are some clear ideas to help lose weight for yourself (not for anyone else).
Eat a balanced diet, including milk. You are only 12 and are growing. You will need to drink milk for the calcium your entire life to help fight osteoporosis. Osteoporosis is when your bones do not get enough calcium to regenerate and become hollow.
Get some regular exercise, go for a walk with him or another friend. Do some basic exercises on the floor while watching TV.
Just remember, he is still growing as well. If he is like most teenage boys he wishes he was not a "twig". If he is a friend, he will like you how you are. I am not saying you should lose weight, but if you do decide to try, please do not try any crash diets giving up valuable, healthy calories---get rid of the junk and you will be fine.
Good Luck!

If you drink whole milk or regular soda, switch to non-fat milk and diet soda. You don't need to exercise every single day (although it's good for you), but if you can do something physical for 30 minutes at least 2-3 times a week, it'll help. Whatever you do, don't stop eating or binge. Also, if you like to eat junk food and are having a hard time stopping, look for things that are low in calories, like pretzels. There's good junk food out there that has a low number of calories. You never want to eat a lot of junk food, but if you have a hard time, cutting back on the calories will help.
You can also eat carrots, celery, etc. They are really low on calories and yet fill your need to have a snack from time to time.
Hang in there, it can take a while to lose weight, so don't give up too soon.

Hey, it's almost New Years. What a great time to make a resolution to lose weight! I wish you the best of luck in it.
You really have to look at two areas of your life and adjust them to match your goals:
* Diet
* Exercise
You simply can't get around these two facts. You have to consume fewer calories than you burn each day to loose weight. So if you don't change your diet, then you'll have to exercise more. Frankly, it's easier to adjust both things. Eat less, or eat smarter and exercise moderately. You don't have to go overboard. A 20 minute walk around the block is exercise.
Find someone who can share the goal with you. Another overweight friend who will walk with you. That helps a lot. You can encourage each other.
Here are a few other resources that might be helpful to you:

Oh sweety you are still growing through a growth spurt.I know its not easy,I was the same way in highschool,but I eventually grew out of it once I got taller.If you want to try to loose weight do it the healthy way,by excersize,eating right, etc.I would not recommend you takin any dietery supplements becouse of your age,but you could try the weight watchers meals that you can get at the grocery store,my sister has been using them for about 4 months and has lost almost 20 lbs with that and exercise alone.Good luck to you but always remember its not just whats on the outside that counts its on the inside too

I lost 105 pounds in 6 months. Here is how I did it.
1. Every morning get up and walk for 45 minutes. You can start with less time, but you want to get up to 45 minutes, and it must be fast walk. You want your heart rate to go up. It must be in the morning, it kick starts your metabolism.
2. I cut out Red Meat, and fatty foods. Boneless skinnless chicken breast, baked, or grilled, rice and vegetables (steamed).
3. Eat half. Just eat half of what you normally eat. Put 1/2 on your plate, and put the rest away. Cook less. When you go to fast food, get salads only. Or grilled chicken. No fries, only diet soda. Or water.
It will work, once you get into a routine, you will get hooked on the results, and you will keep the routine. It has been over a year for me.
A sight with some really cool diet calculators and interesting calorie counting calculators is here. Check it out.

Stay motivated, and get up and walk every day. I seriously lost all my weight starting off my day on my walk.
Good LUCK!

The best thing you can do for yourself is NOT to starve.
Follow these steps:
1-Eat your regular 3 meals per day-->breakfast, lunch and dinner and NOTHING else in between.
2-start a jogging program. Start easy at first and increase the miles per month.
3-Stay away from junk food-->chips, candies, etc.
4-Cut down on the bread. Eat 2 pieces of wonder bread every other day.
5-Cut down on pasta.
6-Do NOT drink soda. Soda has TOO much sugar and it is bad for your teeth.
7-Make water your best friend.
8-Overall, eat HEALTHY food. Don't eat fast food everyday. For example, it's okay to eat one slice of pizza once per week.
9-Stay active-->walk a lot more than sitting.
10-Read books that will teach you about good nutrition.
I hope this helps.

What you need to do is eat more i know it sounds crazy but think like this when you can make you a meal less than what you are eating right now then cut that meal in half eat half wait a couple houres eat the other half do this every day . what this dose is that when you eat a big meal you body stores all the extra food as fat so when you eat smaller meals it burnes what you eat then it starts burning the fat you have storied . good luck in what ever you try

If you feel your eating properly and not enough junk foods....there may be more to your overweightness than nutrition....see a doctor to make sure what to eat and what type of physical activity work together.....your only 12 so your needs will be diffferent from an adults needs.
