I exercise avery day, I eat my 3 meals a day. I've been to the doctor and there is nothing wrong. I can't lose weight. I need to know what slimming pills actually work. I don't care if they're bad for my health. I'm desperate.

ephadrine with a caffine and asprin stack is about the most powerful legal fat burner. it is also an exteremly good appetite suppressant
hydroxycut is a good but not as effective substitute.
there are many illegal steriod based products eg winstrol and clenbuterol, but you really need to aviod them unless you know what you're doing.
failing that a coke or meth ampetamine addiction will shed those pounds...just kidding.
i will happily give you some advice on some of these if you need it. a lot of them can have serious side effects (i know you say you don't care but i'm not sure you really know the full n side effects). contact me if i can help you further.

Not sure on the pills-have never taken them because I am so cynical!
I always thought I couldn't lose weight, then I joined a gym. I go 3 -4 times a week for an hour and follow the programme I've been given. I don't know how much weight I've lost in the 4 weeks (will find out when they check my stats again) but I can get into a dress size smaller and am sure I have improved my body fat levels.
You don't say what exercise you do or what you eat so it's difficult. I'm not on a diet as such, I just try to make better choices. Small changes make a lot of difference, for example if you drink alcohol that can affect it so I chose to drink vodka with diet coke or soda rather than coke-saves calories and sugar!

My advice would be join a gym-a good one with a good instructor you will know if they're good by how thorough they are! Also, check your portion sizes-do what I did, use a smaller plate as it seems to still make you think you have loads of food!!!

If none of the above works-go back to your doctor.

KEEP AWAY FROM EPHEDRA! However I do think that some people need some extra help when trying to lose weight to stick to the diet. I have tried slimming pills before but I must admit I was also Eating healthy Exercising Taking vitamins, milk thistle and kelp. No diet pill works alone, it gives u an extra push but so you keep the weight off and dont put back three times the weight u lost when u stop taking it. (Like an appetite surpressant will) Keep away from kola nut and ephedrine, they make you hyper and unable to sleep, good ingredients in a pill are L-Carnitine, Spirulina (superfood) Green Tea and Conjugated Linoleic Acid (CLA)** . I am currently Waiting to try Ultra Skinny Mini. Its totally safe and is available at Selfridges (cheaper on the net though) All the best of luck! Toushka

you must be doing the wrong exercise. Try a proper cardio vascular workout. I go on the cross trainer for half an hour, walk fast on the treadmill for 10 min run on the treadmill for 10 mins and then do 100 sit up on the ab roll bar thing. Then i go swimming for 20 mins. I lost weight following this going 2days ina row missing one day and then two days again......

What do you do in the gym and also what are you eating in these three meals a day.

Slimming pills are bad

Try eating 5-6 meals a day, eating less fat and more vegetables, less sugar and carbohydrates, but more protein.

I would never recommend a slimming pill. They are not only bad for your health, they also have a bounce effect, you lose 10 pounds but yopu gain 15 after the pills.

Sorry to tell you that there is no evidence that any pills will make you loose weight. You simply need to burn more calories than you take in, so eat a healthy diet and exercise more.

Reduce your portions, you eat less calories...you lose weight. Simple!!! You are eating too many calories if you are not losing weight!
Leave the tablets alone. You wont say you dont care about side effects when you are suffering the effects of chronic kidney or liver failure...;

Reductil works by suppressing your appetite.

Xenical works by extracting fat from your food before it's digested (nasty side effects at first - be careful not to f*rt just in case!).

Your doctor may prescribe one of these if you are seriously overweight. But you can buy them easily on the internet. (Google them.)

But really you should get medical advice.
