you need to leave both of them, wait till the right time and catch them in the act or something close to it and walk in on them and let it be know to both of them that you want nothing else to do with them EVER AGAIN, or you could get even by going out with her best friend but i would go with the first one, but thats just me

either drop big hints and what their reactions are, say good bye and good luck to them or there are plenty of ways of catching people out. Some not so nice some better than others, depending on the out come you want.
You could confront them face to face, depends if you can cope with the reactions afterwards, you will loose a g/f and a friend all at the same time. Good luck

You need to come clean, and tell her that you know who she is seeing, and that she is not honest with you about it, that may be it is best that you, and her can't be friends any more! Tell her it is no problem, she can do what she wants to do, all she had to do, was to be honest with you. It will be okay to speak to her, and keep going, and the same goes for your best friend. Now you find yourself a new girlfriend, who will only want you!

Let her know that you know who her "friend" is and let her know how you feel about it. I was doing the same thing with my boyfriends friend and I didn't realize that the guy was just trying to get laid when all I thought I was doing was hanging out with a friend. Yeah, he was a snake and I'm glad I didn't get played. But I could have really hurt my bf. He never found out because I stopped communicating with the guy, and he went away quietly. If she loves you, she will stop going out with your friend.

They are laughing at you behind your back. These people do not respect you. Why is this girl still your friend? There is nothing you can do other than get away from these losers. They are NOT your friends in any way. Move on and find better friends. Good Luck

Get some solid proofs.
Invite your friends to a party, preferably your best friend's or girlfriend's.
Also invite another beautiful girl. (Get a callgirl if you do not get one)
Get everyone's attention when you deliver your speech.
In your speech offer them your "solid proofs" as presents and top it up with your girlfriend as a present to your bestfriend if it's his birthday and vice versa.
Introduce your new girlfriend (the call girl) to all your friends.

This hurts so much. it happened to me years ago.
You have to move on and cut all ties with them and the your other friends they will try to "like"
I had to drop all of my friends except for 1 because my friends would enjoy there company too, even though they knew what was up.

Personal opinion, but I would approach your friend first as you probably have had a longer relationship with that person. If they come clean, i would let them know this is an issue.
Personally, if it was my best friend, I would kick his butt and make him feel like crap.
