Nope, I think it's fine. Just make sure your not using her for "arm candy" or something like that.
Oh, and FYI...there is also nothing wrong with a 20 yr old man and a 33 yr old gal either.

i dont think age matters, when its true love....it can cause problems for instance...my wife is 12 years older than me, and i know it bothers her sometimes, because me being so much younger than her she thinks someone more my age will come along, but shes wrong i love her and would never consider anyone else..so overall if there is love their age dosent matter

I think so. Your just starting to know what life is like he is already there. It's possible to make it work but it wont work.
