What was the main reason for bush wanting to invade iraq? to find and destroy weapons of mass destruction. He didnt find. DO u think that he woudl want to admit that he made a mistake and have other possible motives raised against him. Obviously if he tells that they are failing in iraq, people will start to go agaisnt him. Already alot of since they didnt find anything there.
So simple, he has to say they are doing good. Just think of the implications if he said that USA has failed or was wrong going there.

The was is going well....for those in power. Remember, war is an extension of politics by other means. The war isn't going well for the Iraqi people who still don't have electricity for more than 3 hours a day, or clean running water, much less decent sanitary conditions. Bush didn't lie, he didn't elaborate on the entire truth. Besides the average American doesn't even care about anything but themselves. Look at our media. It deals with only American interests be it on a local or national scale. Rarely will you see anything on TV that deals with other countries and their issues. When you control the media, (TV, radio, reading material) and the money, you control the society. Just look at N. Korea. Look at the whole perspective not just what they (the gov't) want you to see.

Because that is what they believe...They also believe Bush is a Great President,That the country loves him, that the American people believe everything they're told, and I would imagine that they've been told some things by others that only a bunch of this pompous nature would ever believe to be true,in their definition of "TRUTH" that is

what makes you think they are lying? you are clearly not an expert or you would not need to ask this question

you seem to be the type of narrow minded media gimp who would follow cnn off a cliff if they told you it was a cure for prostate cancer

if you have not been to iraq in the past few years and you are not an expert you are naive for assuming it isnt based on what you have been told by groups whos best intrest lye in presenting a side of things that contridict what may or may not be the truth

just accept your troops are there fighting and dying to benifit you and dont assume they dont want to be there they are soliders

what kind of arrogant person are you to assume soliders are so stupid not to know what they are getting into when they enter the service

get informed or get a life just shut up untill you have the facts ok?

to ly is to cover up some thing embarrassing.
It also is a smear tool, to make one political party look more intelligent that others.

Before you jump on Bush, take a look at the agenda the accusing party it trying to push.

Use your own intelligence, not some news channel
