Um, no. I live in northern Minnesota, where the majority of people are blonde, and how about Hispanics, who primarily have dark brown hair?
That's like saying Mexicans are more friendly than Swedes, or vice versa.

Hair colour has nothing to do with personality and approachability.
People who are honest with themselves but still feel the need to change their hair colour are better than people that change their personalities to reflect how they interpret "Blondes, brunettes, reds" to be.
