I'm looking for an affordable place to stay in N.J. that has these things -
1) Good proximity to Manhattan
2) Either bus or train service to Manhattan (Port Authority or Penn Station)
3) Transportation that runs late night (10-midnight or so)
4) Near Newark airport
5) Near bus or train service to Manhattan

It is a quick ride into Manhattan on either the bus, train or ferry.
