We should admit that diets dont work for a long time because the fat cells once installed in our body will always come back although it took so much suffering to loose them, so why do dieteticians and doctors lie at us and tell us that they work in the long run , we cant loose weight for a long term unless we have compulsive eating disorder , and we always check what we eat for life and exercise like crazy every day.. Isnt it true?

It's not true, they don't tell you to diet, you must be mistaken about their advice. They don't tell you to eat less unless you have a habit of continuing with eating even you are full. They will direct you to eat the right food and the appropriate amount - that's called balanced diet not dieting, if you have a problem doing it consistently it's because you don't understand and you still crave for junk food.

Lifestyle dictates your health condition, ie fitness, and your weight, etc You don't do or eat something for the short run to achieve this. You need to make it a habit for life. To keep the fat at bay is to exercise regularly, diet can vary a lot and the same diet may not suit every people BUT when you do exercise, it's similar unless you had an injury before for example.

If everything in my life remains more or less the same like the amount and kind of food I eat, and I spend 1.5-2 hours at gym for 3-4 days a week, I lose weight and fat.

Exercise is fun, it relieves my stress, it makes my heart and lung stronger, it trains my muscle, I am strong and supple so that I am not easily injured, and it helps burn my fat. That's how I stay slim and strong, for more than 5 years. One more thing, I have much better and smoother skin than people at my age.

!2 years ago I lost over 100 pounds and have kept it off. I just learned to live a healthier life style that included eating right and exercising. I did not want to be heavy and unhealthy so I had to change. I exercise 7 days a week and love it and I eat right, no more junk food or fast food. It is a decision you have to make be fat and unhealthy (which is the easy way to go) or work at it and live right. I really enjoy being active and I do cheat on food food every now and then.
