First and foremost, you should find out whether you are considered overweight by objective measurement. The link below gives you information about that. If the Body Mass Index calculator (at the bottom of the home page of that website) indicates you need to lose weight, it may not be as much as you think. You can put in various weights you think you should be and see if that falls into normal.
You want to be sure that you get an objective opinion. I wouldn't want to see you develop habits of weight loss that would actually be harmful to your health.
Most important, don't ever stop loving yourself.

More veggies, more water, more chicken (no skin, baked) more exercise.
Cut the sugars, snacks, soda, etc...
See if your school has a nutritionist you can speak with and have your parent start getting different food for you.
You can do this!!!

hehe u shouldnt eat lol....nah kiddin man...u should follow a healthy diet, lay off the junk food, excercise and play a lot of sports.

its simple..dont eat past the point where you feel full exercise dont eat crap food stick to fruit vegies and natural food no fast food no binge eating no snacking and you will be fine
