While I don't have a suggestion on how to get a special someone in time for the holidays. But I do have a suggestion. Spend time with family and friends. Stay busy. It will help pass the time quicker.

Until last year I didn't have that special someone to spend the holidays with. I do understand.

Best of luck

Dont feel sad, a lot of people are single around the holidays, and you can be thankful that you have your family and friends there to love you. Go to holiday parties with your friends there are bound to be other singles there. Just remember, it could always be worse, you could be in love with someone but separated by a great distance

What is happiness? It seems like you only realize you are happy afterwards. Day to day, we get caught up in our worries and problems. We need to look back and be thankful once in a while. This time of year is hard because we are looking at a long winter coming up and it feels like it will never be nice out again. Remember, man is an associative animal - make contacts. Keep in touch, get in touch, listen to music and read a good book. And do see a doctor.

Focus on your family. Both of my parents are gone now and it is much harder to get through the Holidays without them. I would gladly suffer through with no boyfriend if I could have my parents here for the Holidays.

me to. Holidays are hard to take when you're alone. I wish they would name an alcohol after a woman so I wouldn't have to spend the holidays with Jim, Jack, or Jose.

Many people feel that way. Even people who have a specail someone feel that way.

There are lots of needs in the world. Try donating your time to help the less fortunate. It will give you purpose. And a feeling of accomplishment. Which are positive feelings. it should also help you stop thinking aobut your own troubles.

Being single and alone should not be confused with being lonely. Do you not have any friends, or family? One must first be able to enjoy their own company before they are a good companion within a relationship. Good luck and God bless****
