What should i do if he tries 2 make a move? We are good friends but i don't know if i'm ready for that again.

Think about whether you want to go back with him. If you do, then I think you should go for it. If you only think of him as a friend and are afraid he'll make a move then bring it up in conversation that you think its great ye are friends now and that you prefer it that way. I think its really nice that you can stay friends with your ex after you break up.
