Why wouldn't it be reliable??? Its written by a man!!! I've seen him on TV, he seems sincere. His books make sense. I've seen his calendars, miniaturized books etc.

The book is reliable, but only under generalized circumstances. Most people can't be fit into a "box" and labeled--we're more complicated than that. The book makes sweeping generalizations; it's difficult to be incorrect when you're being vague.

The truth is, no book has answers for your personal situation. It's a book that generalizes men and their feelings and reactions. It may be right many times but it won't always be. Just like a book that said "all women love shopping" would be right often, there are women who don't enjoy shopping. Mark Twain once said "All generalizations are false, even this one." Use the book as a guideline but remember, everyone is different.
