Microwave cooking is all about cooking something quickly, the whole point of cooking slowing is to give the meat time to tenderise. On that basis no it wont, but does depend on the meat you are using.

No. A microwave cooks something by heating it really quickly using micro waves (in the family of infrared waves and radio waves), activating all the water molecules in the food (that is why if you eat your microwave heated pizza too slow, it becomes kinda stale). An oven kinda burns it using plain heat. If you don't get the difference, the microwave can't bake and I think that's what the slow oven is for :)

I don't think so! Microwaves just nuke the food and generally over cook it in my opinion. Stick to the slow cooking method and you'll have tender meat and a better overall meal.

YOU DO NOT GET THE SAME RESULTS IN THE MICROWAVE, THEY ARE OK FOR VEG, BUT MEAT TENDS TO BE TOUGH, WERE AS IN THE SLOW COOKER ITS VERY TENDER.
