SEAFOOD/hen are accepted for spoiling very easly! my dad made some gumbo with hen and oysters and the 2d night we heated it up it substitute into spoiled it left a scent that should gag a MAGOT !God Bless!

Any dairy based dish or anything with mayonaise in it they should be kept cold at all times, set any of these dishes in a bowl of ice at all times.

mayo,salad dressing,anything really with any type of dairy in it.i was raised anything left out over a 2 hour period is not good for you. though dairy based dips are fine if its cool in he room. things like potato salad,tuna salad. general things like that are really not safe.

you do mean cooked food,don't you;anything raw & perishable should never be left out,from cooked food i would say fish,meat,eggs,dressing in salads & most desserts ,
