is there consultation over internet for medical purposes ? Does it exist in India.?

Like medical consultation of giving over internet Live to a Doctor, and geting the prescription. showing Xrays etc over the internet getting therapies gfrom Doctor on Line. Such therapies would have to be only Live therapies on Net.

I know that doctor to doctor, exists between australia and u.s.a. "but", as for the rest I really dont know.
live surgery, "is" done also, via special internet set up.
