Don't listen to people who tell you it's stress related. It's medically proven that stress has absolutely no effect on getting pregnant. I would go to a different doctor and make sure that he or she specializes in infertility, not just gynecology. There are a lot of things that could be preventing pregnancy that are very easy to fix.
My husband and I were trying for two years and the first doctor we went to told us to wait another year and come back, so we went to another doctor and after a year and a half of monotonous treatment we still weren't pregnant, so we went to a third doctor this past July. He put me on a new diet and a new medication and I'm now 20 weeks pregnant, so find the doctor who is right for you, so much can be done now to help couples who cannot concieve on their own.
The frustration comes with the territory, and it's horrible. Try joining a support group where you live, or one online. The website www.resolve.com is all about infertility. It has tons of info and online support groups if you would rather go that way. There are tons of books on infertility as well, some that focus on the medical aspect and a lot that focus only on the mental aspect.
Good luck.

You need to stop worrying about it constantly, stress effects everything including womens health and conceiving.
I think you should take a step back and just enjoy being and having your man, it will probably just happen then when you least expect it.
I was off the pill for about 2 years and nothing was happening and I was starting to worry, but I knew that my partner was okay as he has a kid from a previous relationship. I then started a new job and there a few months into it when I wasnt even thinking about it, I fell pregnant. Life has a funny way of working out at the most inconvenient moments.
So Please dont get too down it will work for you. Give it some time and then go to the doctors and get checked out thoroughly yourself, you can then work out what the next step is for you and your man.
Good Luck

Being positive is a good idea, praying is a very good idea, faith in God will help in all respects. At the same time become aware of your body and the processes involved in conception. Chart your cycles, have sex just before you ovulate...try not to let it get you down (hard, I know!) Reading 'Taking charge of your fertility' was an eye opener for me and I recommend it for any and all ttc'ers. Also join an online message board, there are hundreds for people trying to have a baby. Most of all, get all the support you feel you need. Good Luck!! I hope you are pregnant soon.

Like others said, dont worry too much. Keep a temp chart and try during those fertile days. You sure would know those based on your periods.
Also drink lot of fluids - no cokes etc. and lot of raw vegies.
Keep weight in control. How long have u been trying?

So when every thing is OK why do you worry ?, do not put pressure on yourself because then you can not conceive
relax, eat lots of fresh vegetables and fruit preferably organic
make a basal temperature chart (http://www.pinelandpress.com/faq/bbt/bbtfaq.html)
or use some ovulation test to not miss your ovulation day!
Good luck!

pray about it and ask God for a baby... then give it time.
Adopting is another option if you are willing to put up with the drama

Yeah, stop worrying about it. That's probably why you can't. Just roll with it.
