sounds to me like you need to practice the things that you get anxious about it also sounds like you worry too much about being worried work on being yourself at all time, being satisfied with that self and lighten up on yourself. The media and the current government push fear at you 24/7 so that you will ve stuck to your TV waiting for the next OJ episode of idiocy or worried about lots of things that the government wants you to worry about instead of looking at there greed and manipulation
give yourself permission every morning to see good things around you to breath freely and know that the world hardly notices you and so there is little to really worry about

Mental suggestions of inadequacy can come at any time, and now you are just stuck in a rut, that is all. Stop measuring people and elevating them above you. The playing field is in reality level all the time, and popularity or ego doesn’t make a person better than you, but it can insulate them from their true self, so be aware of that. Come to understand your own being and you will then understand that you fit perfectly, and that all the worries were literally ill-conceived, not based in truth of any kind. Don’t force yourself, find yourself and everything will fall into place.

It sounds like two things, it could be social anxiety or just small anxiety attacks.
Everyone gets them now and then, if it starts to get out of hand consult someone about, they do have medication to stop them.

Could be social anxiety. It could also be generalized anxiety disorder. Talk to your family doc about this. With a combination of meds and counseling, you can overcome this,

Yes... it's called paranoia..... It is natural as alot of people experience it.......
To some, though, it is the spirit having a feeling about what may be or what is to come...... a pre-cognitive emotion, that is.....
But, paranoia, in itself, is preparing for fear......
