Oh my god thats awful!
Here are some options
Have you been to anyshops? Use one of the carrier bags!
Ask a friendly neighbour to pass you some
use your sock and throw it away
there is normally some used toilet paper floating about on the floor, try some of that but use the clean side
use your gloves ( its cold you should have gloves on)
that is all i can think of at the moment! Hope you get sorted! xxx

Wait until no one else is in the room and hurry to another stall for toilet paper.

I hope you don't mean an airplane lavatory. If you do, you're in trouble, because people will be pounding on the door soon, and they'll be no place to escape.

Use socks, then underpants. Go home, shower and change.
Next time, check for toilet paper first, or carry some paper handkerchiefs.

i hope your hands are still clean when you typed this question.
never trust that there'll always be tissue papers in public toilets. heck! private ones are out of them most of the time so why differ the public ones. from hereon i hope you'll remember to bring a pocket tissue wherever.
what you'll do? hmmmnn... any clean paper (notebook, newspaper) as substitute? if none, your undies?

call the city or the place that you are in and tell them you are in the toilet and you need toilet paper.
if you dont want to do that go to the stall next to you .
if there is none wait unti someone stops buy and ask.
or call a friend and tell them to bring you some

How are you asking this question then? I would say serves you right for not checking there was paper before you went! You should ALWAYS check - at home but ESPECIALLY in public.
