I'm used to work out all the time with my vertical leap I can still jump good but now I'm lazy and I'm losing my vertical a little. I can still grab rim and I'm only 5'6. I'm a couple inches away from dunking I just need to stop being so lazy.

Use your arms to push yourself away from the keyboard. Once extricated from the computer, bend your hips and knees in a standing motion. When you are fully vertical, move away from the computer area by placing one foot in front of the other in a repeated manner. Continue until you are outside, increase the pace to a quickened pace and continue until your lungs ache. Repeat on a daily basis.

go 2 da gym, eat more healthy stuff, and stop going on the computer and watching tv soooo much. hope it helps!
