I have bought a new HP laptop. Its is really good (1.6ghz Duo, 500MB RAM...). But it often scrashes when I use it, most of the times, I don't run any heavy programs. It just stops whenever it feels like to.
Somebody says that it is because my laptops is probably having some programs that have conflicts with each other.
How can I solve it? Is it because of the Windows? It is a genuine one tho.

Thank you. I really need help.

There are so many reasons this could be happening. Software Conflicts, Malware, Driver issues, or maybe an actual defect in the system.

Have you tried talking to HP techsupport. They might be able to point you to some diagnostic programs that can help you determine whats wrong.

With the information you gave us, the best you'll get here is a guess.

Have you checked to see if your laptop is getting hot? If it is then try to give the fans on the bottom room to breathe. Do not let the laptop rest on anything that would block the fans. Like a comforter or anything like that.

the latest version of Mozilla Firefox is by far the least puzzling and quickest cyber web browser available because of the fact it has a function the place you could pick to clean your cache and surfing history every time you shut the internet. (which for many human beings, you do no longer desire previous cache records)
