It depends on what the problem is first. Go have some bloodwork done by seeing your family doctor. It may simply be that you are anemic--which they will encourage you to take Iron supplements for (and most patients end up not taking them due to the side effect of constipation). Also, the doctor can prescribe Vitamin B12. You can take the pill form, but it's no where NEAR as effective as the injection form. Maybe you just need better rest at night. You can try over-the-counter remedies, but I would suggest prescription medication for this also. I have chronic insomnia and have taken Ambien for over a year now--the best sleep ever. And finally, I hope this isn't your problem, but you may have mononucleosis or "mono" the more commonly known name of the virus. If you has a sore throat pretty frequently, then I would go have a mono test done. Hope this all helps.

Best cure for fatigue, take 3days of work or school. Lock yourself indoors make sure you've enough ventilation to let fresh air into your room. Then:
1. eat right (3 times a day) - high fibre foods, carbohydrates and fruits. drink lots of water.
2. get enough sleep at least 10hrs on each of these three days. go to bed early!!!
3. do light exercises yoga or stretches
4. take short walks or strolls at least once a day for the 3day period
Don't believe that taking drugs will help. the best cure for fatigue is loads and loads of uninterrupted rest so please turn off your mobiles when you are asleep. If you're still tired then please see a doctor!!!!!!!. Good luck

The best thing you can take is a trip to the doctor. There are so many causes of this trouble that I can't begin to list them. Hormonal (endocrine) troubles, blood screen troubles, sleep troubles and diet troubles are the major groupings.

Have a blood test to test for anaemia, diabetes, you don't state your age but if you have got a lot of aches and pains it could be rheumatoid arthritis. Fatigue is horrid and depressing, go outside and take a walk.

I had this - for me it was a lack of iron (anaemic)
get a blood test from the DR, then either get a supplement through him, or if they are too harsh try a vegatarian one from Holland & Barrett (liquid)

Make sure you're eating enough fruit and veg, drink loads of water and try and eat enery boosting foods such as banana's and brown rice/bread/pasta

Seriously, see a doctor about it.
It could be caused by something, and taking uppers won't solve your problem.
You may even have an allergy.
