There is really no good that can come from the decision but it must be made. Are we more prone to illness and accidents during this time?

We all face all sorts of questions everyday. You should ask what makes a decision so hard? I think it doesn't matter whether it's a simple question like - Do I choose a blue shirt over a red or the more difficult ones like Will my relationship going to be happy one ? What causes us from deciding is the fear, the constant worrying about the outcomes if choose. Go through you head and you will see that you are already pondering about all sorts of scenarios when deciding something. This constant thinking distracts your attention. You see you are not focusing attention on whats happening around you. And if you constantly have lots of thing in you head... boom you will probably one day have an accident. More likely.. I believe you will constantly forget things, misplace things, get stressed up, lose a lot of sleep and all these will lead to a weak body and prone to flu especially in the cold winter days;

So just go on and decide, and trust your intuition. Stop worrying.

absplutely!...stressing over a decision can actually make you ill...blood pressure is affected by anxiety..and it is obvious that you are mentally distracted and more prone to an accident if you do not pay full attention to what you are doing and be completely aware of your surroundings

Because we are not concentrated on the activity that we are doing when we are preoccupied with other problems and conflicts.
