First recorded in 1954 (first published and recorded under the title "In Other Words") by Kaye Ballard, the 1962 instrumental version was recorded by Joe Harnell as "Fly Me to the Moon - Bossa Nova".

Johnny Mathis was the first to record it (1956) under the title "Fly Me to the Moon" .

Your best bet is to check Amazon.com (I've seen it there) or ebay.
