If I have a bad dream I will sometimes wake up in a bit nark, but hey, I'm a grumpy f**ker anywho.

Hey Victoria! Well Iknow I for one feel groggy when I have to get up and go out and its dark out its just so depressing olus if its raining. The body isnt designed to wake up in night ur supposed to wake up when its getting light so the body feels a bit disorientated having to be up in the darkness. Notice when ur on holiday and its bright out and sunny you want to get up and you feel happy. Plus the stresses of everyday life arent there to plague you, you are free to do what you want with ur day, you have enough money to spend or it spreads further and you are spending your day with people you want to spend it with. Waking up in a bad mood has something to do with perhaps not liking what ur day will entail ie another long day at work, travelling in the cold rain perhaps getting a bit wet and all day longing to go home and be warm.
Ok a bit of a rant but I think you get what Im saying.

I've heard it can be due to a build up of toxins in the bodys muscles - toxins cause irritability as the body diverts resources and energy towards expelling them. Thats why a good massage leaves you feeling better as it helps release the toxins from muscles where the can be carried through the body and filtered out

Bad dreams.... even if you cannot remember a dream we still dream every night. Subconsciously your mind has been working overtime and something happened to put your mind on edge and therefore your emotions/feelings.
OR you got woken up too early and it's a monday morning!

maybe coz u have a bad dream or sumthing. or maybe u know tat when u wake up, sumthing unpleasant will happen tat day, like doing house chores or anything. i think!

not anymore! I used to - yet then I did some issues to assist me out. one difficulty is I survive appropriate of my problems and enable bypass of the failings that are buggin me, not attempt to forget or bury them. additionally while i bypass to sleep at nighttime i don't wrap myself up in thoughts or enable myself sink or bypass downwards. I stay postive and open minded mutually as falling asleep. try meditation to sparkling and relax your ideas formerly you bypass to sleep :)
