What makes McGrath a great bowler is that he has the ability to make every delivery count, he makes the batsman play at the ball.He is extremely accurate.
So in my opion yes he is the greatest fast bowler in the past 20 years. Dennis Lillee still ranks as my all time greatest fast bowler.

No but he is one of the best fast bowler Australia ever produced.However in my opinion Jeff Thompson was greatest of all in the world of Cricket.

To my knowledge he is not a greatest fast bowler; he is an accurate bowler despite of his age.....

He is certainly one of the best, probably the best of the current generation, but not the greatest.

He and Lee are good but wjether the best or not I can't speculate there are too many good ones to count
