Having read all the amusing answers, I have one genuine one. We are lucky to have a constitution which is merciful and secular.
First of all he is not a bakri or bhediya, we can grab and put him in jail. So, the manner offhandedly, in which you have asked your question, is a good joke.If the Indian authorities do catch him, we are not greedy enough to hand him for the bounty of 40/50 million dollars. We have to have him face a Court of law, which you keep hearing about in Cinemas. Then put him behind bars.
Remember Raj, in India, You are guilty and you have to prove yourself innocent, unlike in America, where the law written states clearly, that A criminal is not a criminal, the State has to prove him to be a criminal. And Yet they Put them behind bars!!
