Has anyone used an online divorce service? Was it any good?

Would suggest you go and see a local solicitor rather than an unknown face. If it's local and you need to see them asap you can go in and do it face to face.

A friend of mine did the on line divorce-successfully. She said she did the research and followed all of the directions, filled out the forms but did have to go the court house at one point. That was uncomfortable. He had to be there and at one point changed his mind but then consented. It cost her very little. You do have to do the research and make sure your filling out the right forms. It's a bit of work but can be done.

It's very cheap and can be finalised in 6 months without the need to use costly lawyers as long as your spouse doesn't contest it. You need to agree terms with each other. You have to name a reason for grounds which can be unpleasant but you don't lose loads of your money to the legal profession. Good luck.
