If they have no money for food, then what makes you think they can make a credit card payment? Not to mention, you cannot get a credit card unless you have a job...and if the African people had jobs, they wouldnt be starving...duh.
I hope that you are kidding when you say that.

People like you are the reason this world is in such a mess. I spent a year working there in Sudan and Sierra Leone and its not like it is on TV. You ever see a human body cut to bits or a baby with extended stomach holding onto his skin covered skeleton of a mother in real life. You are a blind eyer. Well let's see.... maybe cuz credit is given to people who have jobs and can afford to pay the credit card bill? If they did, they'd be buying food.
and to the person who answered "let them go to where the food is"... Similar answer. If they had the money to travel they would be able to afford food.

Because if they get one and pay all this money they don't have, they get credit card dept, losse everything that they already have. And be poorer then ever. And maybe they wont pay it off. I get it, all these teens get credit cards thinking that all the stuff they want can be paid on your credit card. They get dept, get their houses taken away, cars. ETC.
You need to think about it.
