india after all has great brains emerging out in all fields, its not only cos ''nasa'' has a minimum of 25% of its staff working india alone, the rest is united states...secondly in medical field there is a tremendous growth where indian doctors stand forward, like wise in projects and developments we cant say they lead all but they r present everywhere, so as australia in its own and japan counting a large sum in education and economy.

You can see everythings up to advanced levels in libaries, goverments don't care too much.
you can study college level courses on television which there are no any charge.
Chiefs have a better determination.
