Not at all. I'm good at writing, can talk business with the best of them...but when it comes to excuses, I freeze.

I was busy on the puter during that time
and anyway, I'm not smart enough to have done that
plus, I didn't feel very well that day
and I had too much to drink the nite before
and I had a flat tire on my way there
my wife had turned off the alarm, too
she's always doing that...

Not serious ones, but I have the ability to come up with excuses so stupid and obviously not true, that they have the person laughing uncontrollably and make them forget that they were mad at me.
