Does anyone have info on Walmarts $4.00 generic drugs?

II'm curious to know if this is true because I am a single mom that has considerable costs for medicine prescriptions each month. Is this true?

I'm not a single parent but in the same boat. I have heard of the $4 plan, but I don't know what kind of restrictions may be in place if there is a household income as part of determining eligibility.
