It has been my experience that "some" men are always in a rush and have no tolerance for drivers who are compliant with the rules of the road. They are impatient and bully everyone if they are held up for any reason. They cut right in front of you then hit the brakes...they have to pass you only to have to stop ahead. They never learn and never change do they?

I don't think that women make better drivers, but in the UK nanny state we live in now, how often do you spot pedestrians walking across the road not far from crossings, people who step off the pavement without even looking into the paths of cyclists or electric cars(silent of course). And children are not taught by their parents to cros roads safely. The speed limit is lowered as the accident rate increases in pedestrian areas, because as a driver it is your fault if you hit a pedestrian. There are more bad pedestrians and cyclists than bad car, van or lorry drivers.

I quite agree, there are bad drivers everywhere women or men.
However, women tend to have poor 'spatial awareness' which is why some of us (me included) have problems parking and squeezing through tight spots. Having said that I have been driving for eighteen years and the only thing I have ever hit was my garage as I misjudged how much clearance I had by about an inch so only have a scratch to show for it (that'll be my poor spatial awareness then!).

I would say that women tend to cause more minor accidents, mainly through not being able to judge the size of their car, and they certainly are poor parkers, always taking up 2 parking spaces! However, men on the whole are by far the worst drivers, being much more agressive, not wanting to be overtaken etc. and I'm sure the cause of most major accidents.

Of course, it depends on the individual.
There are just more cases of women who are more fearful/nervous behind the wheel, plus the fact that whilst women have more strengths over men in some areas (eg, decoding non-verbal behaviour and language strengths), men have (generally) better spatial-awareness (essential factor in something like driving).
There are general terms, though, and like anything, there are always exceptions and, therefore, plenty of dreadful male drivers too.

It seems to me men drive more aggrwsivly- but women are indecisive and not as precise in their driving - this means that women tend to have more accidents, but when men do have accidents they're much bigger. I know this only what I've seen in my personal experience but to me it seems to be true.
My parents are perfect examples - my Mum has crashed every car we have ever owned at least 3 times (seriously), but the worst was a dented door, and it's rarely more than a scratch or maybe a broken light - where as my dad has only ever had one accident - but he wrote off his work van! That seems to be quite a common ratio to me, as I said though, only my person experiance!

Women use both sides of there brain where as a man uses one side of the brain, that's why a woman can never make up her mind what she doing & a man has no problem making up his mind, while man have more accidents than woman, woman is the cause of them most of the time.
There should be two sets of roads one for woman, OAP & one for men.

I think men are threatened by women drivers, their little mobile kingdom is under invasion! lol
I have done advanced driver training, but I still am liable to lapses of concentration, I recognise that, and by doing so I become safer. It annoys me when someone says "Im great, Im the best driver ever"...it makes me nervous!!!...;

no one's perfect but both men and women drive and both men and women have accidents; it's a part of life.
