Well let's see. If you are a lawyer and you are representing a client who you know to be guilty and you blurt it out in court, yes you would be betraying your client. If you work in a highly classified job that has information vital to National security and you blurt the "truth", you could be a traitor. If you....nevermind. What's your point?
