Go to the doctors with her. Speak to her parents. Sooth her. Talk to her. Relate to her problems and find solutions. Keep her away from the toilet after eating (she is bulemic, or not?)
Hope that helped. And you are a good friend to care about her and to help her!

I'm afraid to say there isn't much you can do, I used to do this too, and my friends were worried just like you are, but she needs to admit to herself that she has a problem before she will stop, and thats the hardest thing to do. The only thing you can do is stick by her, give her your friendship and make her fell worthy of life, whatever you do don't make her feel guilty about it as this may make the situation worse!

She needs professional help if she is making herself sick all the time, you need to talk to her parents and tell them how very worried you are about her, I think she is going to be very angry with you all at first, but hopefully once she starts getting the treatment she needs things will calm down and she will thank you for been there for her, talk to someone about your worries asap and good luck.

She needs professional help you will not be able to help with the problem but you can help to persuade her there is one and seek the appropriate input. The sooner the better. I wonder does her mother have awareness of the situation....maybe you could talk in private with her and voice your concern.

Has she got Bulimia............? IE eating then purging(vomit ting) If so then she needs professional help as it can kill. Tell Her your worried and encourage her to join a support group for people with eating disorders.
If she is suicidal then that's a different matter. Take her threats seriously and report it to someone who can take action.

Talk to her parents, school counselor, priest, anyone who is close to her. No-one can help if they arent aware of whats going on. She wont just snap out of this. She needs to talk to someone, fast. Dont put this off, her life may be depending on it. Best of luck

Start by talking to her & see what her problem is. Go to her parents, her clergy, or her doctor & try to get her some help. If you are a religious person, begin to pray for her healing.

presumably your talking about bulimia ...
she needs help, ..... talk to her, make her see that what she is doing isn't making herself beautiful, ... but horribly thin and unhealthy... which will eventually result in one thing!......
be there for her, support her, but ultimately it's not you that can stop her... it's herself, so don't you be blaming yourself for her problems.... all you can do is be a friend and try and make her realise that she has a problem....
i wish you good luck and strength to help you and your friend through this.
