Well....should we ban people to have cameras too? If you have a camera, digital camera or camera phone you have the opportunity to take pics whenever or wherever and of whoever. With a regular camera you can scan pics or get a photo CD and with a digital camera or camera phone you can just download them. This technology has been around for quite some time and now all of a sudden people are worried about it. What are people being photographed doing that is so taboo? Who the hell cares if someone takes a picture and they happen to be in it? Privacy at home yes but when you are out in public you are fair game just like the celebrities. It honestly doesn't matter unless you are doing something you shouldn't be doing in a public place and if you shouldn't be doing it then you are in the wrong. Just another way for congress to avoid the things that need to be taken care of and voting on stupid crap. If I pick my nose in public and someone snaps a pic...I am the idiot who did it in public!

Then alot of things would be banned if u're asking if mobiles with camera should. think of chatrooms and how you come across a lot of...ummm....."people"...sick people. it's like saying vehicles should be banned because people are killed when they're hit by 'em...what should happen is that the vehicle users should be...not banned now, punished severely more like and in d case of mobile phones, those havin' their privacy intruded on should be a little more discreet...or get a court order banning d intruder from within 50miles of d victim...now I don't know of a phone camera with such a telescope....

Pity that there is no way of doing it.
Only choice you have is to ban mobile phones completely in an area.
People should really respect others privacy

When people don't use their camera's for " bad purposes ", they should not be banned.... But when they use it to do bad things i.e. what ur question is, then instead of banning them we could teach them the right way to use mobiles....
When u r pure u should try to make others also pure instead of avoiding the tools that make us impure......

mobile with cameras can be for pleasure but also can interfere peoples privacy as well. i dont think it can be banned since the majority of people are satisfied with their phones with camera.

Merging of technologies is inevitable.
Its not the product that should be changed,
its the users.
