the 1st answer has a recipe... i have the equipment. all you need is a box, light (lamp), hanging place in the box and a fan.
put the wet meat hanging from the top of the box and shine the light onto the meat. leave the fan on high facing also directly onto the meat. LEAVE FOR A WEEK AND YOU HAVE LEKKER BILTONG;)

Salt, pepper, vinegar, leave soaked for 24hours then hang till ready!

I dont know any measurements but email me and i'll find out from my dad!
