I live in a house with 4 teenagers.
Two are very concerned with others feelings & how the world is today, always looking to make things better.
The other two, seem to be morte concerned on how they look, what their friends are doing, with no reguard on how they hurt the rest of us in the house hold.
They have all been rased the same.
In my opinion, it's 50/50.

I don't think that's true. I know many teenagers who are far more more bothered about the world than the adults around them. That's just a negative stereotype. Yes, I'll admit it applies to some, but they are not a majority.

Probably because before they know it, their carefree teenage years will be over,to be followed by never ending adulthood, in which they can care about everything and everyone, and their troubles will never end.
