Take a look at some of the other schemes and ideas. TQM was one popular idea for managing change etc.

However, most of the QA systems that people spout are BS5750, and ISO9000. These systems state that your paperwork and information systems are in order.

So, what is important for sport? You might look at measurable safety systems, staff training, information systems (Member records etc.)

Although you have looked at surveys, it is easy enough to generate your own. What is important to the business? What is stopping people from using your business? What are the chief grumbles?

Primarily, you want to make sure that the core business is being manage effectively. Forget periferals and add ons. Is the company able to offer an effective product? Are the records secure and well managed? Is it safe? Are the staff trained and motivated?

All of this information can be gained by looking at their business via a SWOT analysis. From there you can look at changing any weak areas and implementing changes as necessary (PEST would also be good).

However, if they are paying you for this, you should know this stuff already.

Have a look at this link. It might help. I think that Quest is a quality standard mark which is awarded to sports and leisure service providers. It includes quality assurance things.

Hope it helps.

This one is the actual "Quest" site. May be you could give them a call and mascarade as a student doing a project for your A levels and they might help you out with some headings etc.

Good luck.
